START: facing couples	ACTION: right pull by; courtesy turn	END: facing couples with sides switched

• memory device:
  first, extend right hands for the right pull by;
  then, extend left hands for the courtesy turn
• ladies have the same motion as ladies chain:
  ‘right and left thru’ is with opposite man/woman;
  ‘ladies chain’ is with diagonal woman
