ROLLED CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS

See it as a meal at Burns Family Meals!
(Click any photo on that page for a bigger version.)

This meal is from Carol's pre-Burns-family days.
It can be made early in the day and marinated (covered) in the refrigerator until time to cook.
It's both beautiful and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wrap each chicken strip (corkscrew fashion) around 2–3 asparagus spears; place in a baking dish.
(As the chicken cooks, it will stay in the ‘curled’ shape.)
  3. Sprinkle oil and vinegar dressing liberally over the bundles.
  4. Sprinkle with onions, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove cover.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake about 15 more minutes, or until chicken is done.
  7. Serve hot, or refrigerate and serve cold.
    Makes about four servings.
