Easy, easy, easy—and yummy. You can fiddle with the quantities (more/less sauce/cheese/noodles) and it's still good.
Instead of just spaghetti sauce, you can add some diced tomatoes (seasoned, if desired)
for extra texture and flavor.
This perfectly fills my
9" x 13" Pyrex baking dish (mine has a blue lid). I put it together early in the day, refrigerate, then bake
at dinner time (it takes a little longer to cook after having been refrigerated).
