  The ‘Guided Practice: How to Index’ demonstration (which is part of ‘Lesson 1: Indexing’) is particularly good:
  • I appreciated learning about ‘View–Show Ruler’ to keep track of where I am on a page.
  • I frequently find myself able to read some of the letters in a name, but not all.
    So, I was happy to learn about this built-in feature:
    • down-arrow in name field
    • click Lookup...
    • type in any info you're able to read about the beginning, middle, and end of the name
    • see what matching names they have in their database
