I'm in the process of updating my site to use MathJax,
to make it available to all major platforms and browsers.
Until I'm done, there will be a mixture of pages:
some that work only with MathPlayer+IE, and some that work everywhere.
Here is a list of the updated files.
I will re-do these videos once the update is complete.
