• Most small pets are welcome, providing owners are diligent about concerns such as shedding and property damage. Pets must be pest-free, and an additional pet deposit and cleaning fee may be required. We'll talk, and see if it will work out!

It is extremely important to me that you are welcomed into a beautiful, clean, organized home.
(You will be greeted with a loaf of home-baked bread and homemade jam!)

To allow time for thorough cleaning between renters,
it may be necessary for you to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM, and leave no later than noon.
But we're flexible!
If this doesn't work for you, then we can likely work out cleaning arrangements
to allow for easier arrival/departure transitions.

Dr. Carol J.V. Fisher has a doctorate in mathematics, a math website that is used all over the world,
and over 25 years of teaching at both the college and high school levels.

Any rental will include one hour of free math tutoring per day:
SAT prep, state exams, GRE math, AP Calculus,
learning how to do math-on-the-web, using GeoGebra... you tell me what you want to do!

Additional hours (beyond the one daily free hour) are available at $50/hour.
